Shala Meka
« high-end delay »
Published on 09/26/11 at 10:23It's a digital delay sound analogue to pedal.
There is an instrument input,
output mono or 2 stereo outputs
and an expression pedal input that can affect any parameter. (you can connect a switch Strymon to store a preset optional)
UTILIZATION
The use is not very simple because there are two settings compared to more delays and two basic settings hidden.
The bucket loss that affects the deterioration of repetitions
Modulation
Hidden in there is the tone repetitions (darker or acute)
And volume of sound "effect triggered" that can boost or cutter of 3 db.
But all is intuitive.
There is a tap tempo switch which helps to use live.
SOUND QUALITY
The sound quality is really excellent, it looks dry and the sound effects are passed into the hands of a sound engineer.
The sounds are not in conflict and remain clear.
The effect is quite dynamic, enveloping space.
Even on discrete settings, it is present.
The loss adds a small bucket organic side with rehearsals get dirty on more advanced settings.
I'm a little skeptical on the modulation that seems a little grotesque but be of little to my tastes.
OVERALL OPINION
A clear effect with high-end adjustments intuitive and effective for lovers of organic and transparent delay at a time.
