Ben is simply a copy (of the outer aparence) of the Boss MT2 except that there it is pink and plastic.
It has 6 pots (which look weak) for a gain distortion, eq 4 for the (low, high, mid freq +) and Level controls for output level.
The battery compartment is placed in a well boring to access (if you loose during a concert ben finished the set without you ...) No kidding unless you have it, this thing will not be part of set your scene ....
UTILIZATION
It's easy to use, but ......
SOUND QUALITY
In general I did a super clean sound and slamming on my amp .... And indeed the pedal between the guitar and the amp sound even inactive change (its most deaf and start pitchers ...) (it just may be that my scratching is equipped with active pickups)
Well okay, I remade my settings, and try to get sound as clean as possible and slamming ....
I put the pedal on, the eq I go to some neutral level of output and behold, I have here a plant to breath, it's fun 2 minutes after that tired ...
Otherwise yeah what about the knobs are those for which they are made, the EQ equalize (within the bare minimum (because frankly 30 db difference in frequency (from -15 to + 15) is really more obvious that that the rate of distortion is not too .. bin in the shade either, (but it is true that when you take an ultra metal pedal that is not called for a slight pitcher / non OD more) as that knob out there is doing its job blower ......
OVERALL OPINION
I wanted to test this thing becaufe a good effect pedal that cheap little fun to be a beginner or for troubleshooting in case.
Usually I find not the Behringer stuff great, but in general it is worth its price. Here it is unfortunately not the case .....
After long hours trying to find one or two disto drinking at first I thought my amp to have sound shit and that I had to change but no! There is no grain to this pedal ...
Ok, I may make a comparison with the other and this may be why my opinion and as hard, but I would recommend buying a Boss for example, even on occasion Ok it is more expensive but you will always have a good sound and you can always sell it.
And it's not because it's cheap it must crowns all defects of equipment.
