Yes. Clearly we can manage without.

SOUND QUALITY

- Effects are they effective, responsive and realistic enough?
Effective: yes, it has seven distortion models in one "single-pedal".
The sounds are emulated quality (for that price anyway), and the transition from one model to another does not cause any change in output level which is an excellent point.
In addition, the 4-band EQ allows for additional adjustments compared to the models modeled.
I had a DS1 and MT2, and there are many grain characteristic of these two pedals with a bit less dynamic (digital).
It sounds very "X-Series": a slightly muffled, lack of "big sound potatoes."
In any case, a very good panel of distortions: ideal for the test sounds a bit "references".

ESP MH400 NT LH

I love the emulation of the TS-9 and the DOD. I do not use other than the big muff sometimes.

6 months.
- What is so special that you like most and least?
Plus:

The output mix is superbly view.

Minimum:
The fact of not being able to move from one model to another without tampering with the pedal.

- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
Not

- How would you rate the quality / price?
Very good. For about € 110, as it can go for help.

- With experience, you do again this choice? ...
Yes, at least for a time to troubleshoot from there to fix it on my pedalboard is a step that I would not cross.
