Eq sort of without being a
ie it can boost the bass and treble without the sound becoming too muddy or aggressive with respect to a classical eq.
I would say it's a little smoother too.
There is an input and output jack,
an outlet for some xlr direct box (not switchable by the switch but by a small button on back)
A small switch passive / active (for the entry level)

see below for additional info

UTILIZATION

settings are very intuitive, like a semi-parametric EQ, we choose the frequency and volume.

We can use this pedal in a conventional chain amplification or bottom of a simulator to symmetrize the signal.

SOUND QUALITY

It's a subtle effect very effective if it was not the high end stuff.
I would say that she makes up some deficiencies (lack of body or gloss)
I used it in the ass with a digitech 2112 for his smooth, it bore more in the mix.

At the bottom of a modeler, it can magnify the sound saturation to give it a little next big prod us.
It gives warmth to cleans, lens.

I recently changed the config and now I have not found a use for my new amp, to see the latest ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for about a year, I did not compare with the bbe that seems more intended to satus from what we read on the forums.
The value price is right but we think it's a very subtle and useful way of gear.

With experience, I would see if this pedal can make anything on the high end stuff but at first, I have the pedal can give me.
