I own Sperzel ten years, I mounted my Epiphone Les Paul Custom.
And I never had any problems with elles.une good view of the agreement, a déssacordage almost non-existent, never more than half a tone on all strings.
It's really nickel as a system, because when you had a scratch live and unfortunately you loose a rope.
Here you are like a truffle, and you could not change the rope quickly, hello damage.
And here I speak from experience because I'm already in this situation before to own mechanical self-locking.
Overall, I think what is much better than I Schaller has also an other guitar.
And it's an almost obligatory purchase when invested in a new guitar.
Besides, I do not understand why all the guitar makers do not ride the mechanical self-locking of origin. Ca would be so much easier.
The only catch is the price at the time of francs, I have paid 600 francs or 90 euro now.
