Nice little gem that is beginning to vintage. There was (from memory) a 40W, a 50W, and 100W, a CD player and a tuner.
The receiver (without relays tempotisation, "plop", 40w and 50w on) is remarkable, a very good transformer, the selected items. At the time the VA50 was selling nine between 500E and 600E was 10 years ago.
The sound is sweet and very musical, deep bass and the midrange very very clean. Sound a little "lights" on dynamic way JBL speakers or Opus Reynaud, although it raises the sound.
No electronic "me-tu-vu". The downside: no delay, should lower the volume before shutting down, or simply do not turn off, but do not forget to turn the volume down anyway. Because this amp pretty heated. These amps have their lovers, their club passinonnés who stalk them on Ebay.
