Published on 04/06/11 at 01:03The JBL L36 has its fans and its detractors. The L26, which she shares with woofer and tweeter is often considered more musical and, in fact, I tend to strongly reduce the level of the medium LE5-6 on my A36 to reduce certain stridency (spikes resonance at 6 and 8k). That does not make the LE5 and L26 has its uses: this solution has less than optimal. The filter time is fairly simplistic and we must improve.
