Good sounding hi-hats. I bought them secondhand in 2004.

The sound is quite heavy, like the HH themselves (especially the bottom hat).

The "chick" sound is very powerful

It sounds great when it's a bit open (for rock songs for example)...

The closed sound is also good but a bit too heavy and dull... You can surely find better sounding hi-hats for funk...

But rock drummers can buy them with closed eyes!
