Guitar assembled in Germany with various parts ors + countries (Japan / US / Canada)
quality flawless finish, Bigsby bridge (for left-handed, which is my case) oubien Duesenberg (for right-handed), chrome hardware
microphones: p90 in neck / bridge humbucker vintage
335 gibson type neck, rosewood fingerboard
rounded back guitar great / very nice binding on the side
varnish trans orange beautiful
UTILIZATION
Channel enjoyable to play, but it's not a race for the virtuoso fast followers of PRS / Vigier and others. access to acute is good
the weight is correct and well balanced for a guitar of this size because broad and large still
The settings of the microphones are easy and sounds excellent and very typical
this guitar really the character, very vintage. It does not go unnoticed, either by its looks, nor by its quality and sound it gives off
SOUNDS
Guitar ideal for rockn'roll, blues and even jazz and made good bossa
the pickups are really good. the neck pickup is warm wishes and allows clean and clear phrasing. The split of two microphones (twang) to get the gretsch sound very rock n 'roll rhythms ..... breathtaking
the double bridge pickup is excellent also for solos vintage / blues with sustain just right .......
my guitar is plugged into a multi-purpose VOX ToneLab SE amp and a Tech21
the variety of sounds that makes this configuration marries beautifully with the guitar
OVERALL OPINION
Used for several months
In addition to a Stratocaster, this guitar lets me express myself better now in some type of music (the sound is much warmer)
I knew Duesenberg by chance, I was in despair at seeing so few choices left archtop guitar, I was ready to return to the custom-made with a luthier, but that the budget should be doubled ... ..
The few opinions on the brand convinced me to try it, I am in no way disappointed. this guitar is a Rolls. Duesenberg, a brand of the future, to buy eyes closed ..........
