Published on 04/26/11 at 05:20I mounted on a Tele Custom Harley Benton (top load ashtray, brass saddles), his colleague being a DiMarzio dp417.
First I found that the original 250k pot completely stifled the microphone in serial mode (not split at all), what they think in seymour? So the trouble begins, bypassed by a switch of strata (serious, severe acute split-split-high-high set twice) two events (the upper range is sent to the output of the volume pot, the other side be serious and severe acute-split is sent to the input volume pot).
What not to do it eh ...
Sound: split in conjunction with the severe end-dive-is delicious. Single split is less bright but not so good fats. Series is anti-tele I would say just the opposite. Little grain, acute dull, zero dynamics, it is only in good fun distortion whatsoever.
Hence my wiring, versatile.
Positive, not really noise or feedback. Compared to the simple slide of the brand is far less jouasse to redo I'm not.
