I just fit my Epiphone Les Paul with these pickups, plus a push-pull (to replace the tone knob) for micro spliter single winding.
So I compare the original microphone Epiphone.
First observation, more output level. The sound of the agreements is less draft.
it sound less cold than Burstbucker more roots.
At the moment I do not get me too but I did not say re-discovered my guitar. I will complete this review with more experience.
on the other hand in Split, is a real novelty!
The coil operates in single and double gives a very clear and sharp, it's incredible efficiency. Without saying any more than you'll get a Fender sound, but the effect single coil is really there!
I'm editing myself and if you feel a little handy piece of cake!
