I use it for over a year in repeated (I'm drummer). On stage I still prefer the real return block pushed!
I find the sound very decent for the price. I hear very well my bass player!
on the other hand, for insulation ... The frequencies are not all aténuées the same level. I also use the caps (without headphones) custom made with filters that reduce all frequencies at the same level (-25dB). When I go to E2, I hear the difference right away: I hear my snare bottom, to the point where I feel I play it ten times stronger than the other. So it seems that a certain portion of the midrange frequencies in less reduced.
Comfort: bah now I think it depends on each one. Of course I expect it to return to the comfort of my custom plugs, but then to be as bad! The smallest of the foam tip is too big for me. I certainly have very small ears! Obviously this problem is not everyone.
For € 100, I think we can hardly do better.
I certainly do it again this choice.
