Krucz had already been unveiled in January, 2013, but at that time it was only a prototype. More than a year later, AudioD3CK announces the upcoming release of the final version and invites you to test the public beta version.
Krucz is a VST and AU look-ahead limiter (0–2ms), with a choice of limiter and compressor modes. You can control on the GUI the attack and release times, soft-clip/compression ratio, high-pass filter, saturation and various settings are available for the compressor knee and the soft-clips.
You can also adjust the input gain (+/-24dB) and output threshold (0–24dB), and control the gain reduction on the built-in VU-meter.
Krucz is available in two versions, each currently available at a special price during this public beta phase. You will then pay 9€ instead of 19€ for the non-commercial Toys version, and 29€ instead of 49€ for the Tool version, which is intended for commercial use. You can also download a demo version from audio.d3ck.net.
