Value For Money : Excellent
- See product description
- Points rewarding: stereo looper, 2 hand and sub outputs independent 3 sentences easily editable, stereo inputs, and the microphone with switchable 48V PSU

UTILIZATION

- The RC-50 is fairly simple to use and requires no manual for common uses. A little reading is required for Special Needs.
- You can alter the characteristics of each patch and rename them, which allows use of the RC-50 in various configs from one patch to another (ie from a live song to another) .

- Small less to my taste: I would have liked a button to start the metronome up to launch before the rhythmic loops without resorting to counting. Banks of sounds and rhythms are highly developed (rock, bossa, funk, ...) but the easiest has been neglected: the single "beep" is no classic metronome.

SOUND QUALITY

- The sounds played are very close to those from the entry, with good "deal" with the preamp gain sufficient. My advice to the RC-50 series with the source, and not effects loop or parallel.
- I use the RC-50 output from a mixer which is connected to the microphone sax, singing, piano and a few other accessories. So I can wrap all of the sources connected to the table, integrating effects.

- The big plus: The USB port allows you to retrieve or Wav loops integrate easily with a computer.

OVERALL OPINION

- I use the RC-50 for 2 years to add instrumental loops in the background. I play in a trio and this tool will find its place.
- The bass player had bought one, which was connected with mine as a slave. With a little time to hack, we were able to synchronize and play samples on our own without losing sync.

- I bought the RC-20 before, but my needs were not compatible stereo. I used effects like echo ping-pong which forced me to use a stereo looper.

- The big plus: the 2 outputs and sub hand. I use the sub output to route the metronome and the samples to the drummer's headphones.
- The least: the start button and the metronome sound base of the latter.

- Question money, I'd say that payroll and that the quality value for their money! The RC-50 is a powerful and very complete. It remains the most developed of its category.

- I would do without hesitation that choice under the same conditions as the RC-50 met my needs 100%. Today I went on a 01V96 allows me to fasten directly on the PC.
