Originally Coren (like many epiphone at the time), mine is 98. It is a simple guitar trs, a Bolt 22 frets, a bridge-tailpiece, an epiphone P90, volume and tone, guitar plug and play somehow!
UTILIZATION
This is a copy of the gibson junior who was destined to Apprentice plutt guitarists so it is easy to play, the handle is comfortable, the frets do not exceed a trs good race in the spirit gibson . Access in more acute is very good (I have a doublecut, the handle joins the body has its dernire fret!) And the guitar is equilibre.Pour sound, well it did that a microphone so it's not hard to get a sound, there have only p! His big flaw is the holding of the agreement, a move all the time! For DIYers, the mechanical oil bath at 10 Euros and the fact!
SOUNDS
This guitar is for me more of a blues guitar or vintage rocker because the sound is in this vein! The sound is balanced to make it a condition of adjustable pads because of origin, the cata (the fault has a low-end micro probably), otherwise, well, a particular sound, not as accurate a simple, not as powerful as a double, a micro rough but one can have a lot of personality, and then why not put a Seymour Duncan P90 or otherwise, for the price of the guitar!
Edited on 03/08/07: I have a word Seymour Duncan P90 and WoW, what scratches my Ailleux has Depotter serious!
OVERALL OPINION
I recupr this guitar in a garage sale for 30 Euros, APRS Mount of him having suitable mechanical and is full adjustment, this guitar satisfies me plain. I love playing the riff to AC / DC or the good old blues, it is for a! Despite the cheap cot of this guitar, even as it managed to secure a concert, no complaints so for a guitar that is worth three and have no faith in the personality like no other in this price bracket Only problem, it is no longer in the catalog epiphone!
