The Gibson Les Paul Custom silverburst is RARE! First is a product of Gibson Les Paul is a custom US, with all the care that it was 25 years ago. And the color is beautiful under the spotlight. There are several layers of color and you can actually see other colors in the projos.
I bought crdit and order in 1981: what delight to be the owner.
I add APRS searches: there were 75 copies made at all: mine was released March 13, 1980 and t produces a team of two guys. There were 40 for the United States, and 25 for Europe, to my knowledge, there are four SRES argus in France ... Prix 5500 7000 United States according $.... state. (about 4000/5000 if there are a buyer lol)
There were two rissues by Gibson Custom in 2007 to about 3000, and then custom studio in 2010 with microphones 490 and 498 (obviously not handmade microphones Tim Shaw is the main diffrence between MODELS 75 the original and rditions 2007 and 2010)
UTILIZATION
The neck is super driver. As noted above, it is heavy: in 5.6 kg. Yes it's bne, mahogany ... Material-noble. Both PAF alnico humbeckers made by TIM SHAW ing of the first Lespaul are a powerful sustain incomparable. The handle is less prcis mic for solos. Its huge though sr. I had (also) a US SG Standard, a Fender Telecaster Custom US, and I have a Jackson and a Start DK2T Jap ... trs everything well, but a bit below even when.
SOUNDS
I play rock (composed) and the ride is going to hard. That's what he faut.Je used with a Hot Rod or a Peavy classic lamps tt 2 a suitcase full of body and analog pedals: HUGE! Ma Jackson DK2T or replace the strat Asia in places doubtful or plans galres. I not lend!
As intermittent prfrais I risk my strato on the road. The clear sound + silent as to the more crystalline pop Franaise by ex.Le clear sound of the Les Paul Custom is always prt become crunch .. (like that of Jackson)
OVERALL OPINION
This is the Rolls Royce of guitars sports coupe, what!
I use it for 30 years (2011) group, alternating with my other guitars.
I love the most: the sound and sustain, the look, the scarcity also ..
the least: nothing! (Weight?)
I do it again IMMEDIATE choosing a custom Gibson Les Paul if he had. Yet I have tried many guitars. .. Nothing else compares! Therefore many a musician srieux scratch.
