fixed bridge
Round 50
22 frets
2 double classic 57
3-position pickup selector, 1 volume and 1 tone micro
UTILIZATION
I had doubts on the handle and on paper the asymmetric handle the standard was more like me. But in the end and after comparison to the store I have greatly prefer the handle of the trad.
for ergonomics c is a les paul so without comment.
weight, 4.6 kg c mine is really very heavy and I'm a little afraid to idea of a concert with 3 hours.
Access to the treble is in Gibson standards but it does not bother me more than that.
the finish is nickel, but at the same time this was not true n all the models that I have tested on some finishing shop was more than average.
the sound is nickel, at least to my ear. Having tested the standard also I have a net preference for the trans. I thought the screaming and too aggressive for me standard.
I plugged in a spider valve or AC4TV and for me the sound is good. J have anyway a preference for the neck pickup.
SOUNDS
It suits my style of music, blues, rock without typing in stuff too revered. But with a metal muff j happens to type pretty heavy stuff.
I find the warm and soft round. With a net preference for the neck pickup I think the bridge pickup to sound a bit nasal, proportionately in the clear.
OVERALL OPINION
I used the last two weeks and that n is happiness.
buy before I tried in the store several les paul and the one I selected really stood out .. compared to my tastes of course.
especially I like the microphone handle crunch.
value for money is average but hey I really wanted a Gibson to have a piece of the legend.
yes I would do without hesitation that choice 1 second.
ps: the guitar is actually massive, I had to take the plane to go home and go to the guitar at the X-ray filter and I was able to see that there was no room ny
