Thread Headphones sound mono through M-audio air 192/6

Hello everyone.

I've been using the M-Audio air 192/6 for a while now and i'm really happy with it. i have my active monitors connected throught the TRS jacks on the back and my Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pros plugged in the 1/4" jack on the front. However, when i listen to my headphones, the sound is mono. My speakers sound stereo and when i plug my headphones directly in the 3.5mm jack of my PC they are stereo as well.

Does anyone know what could cause this?

Is the plug pushed in all the way?

Is the plug trs or trrs?
