M Audio Keystation 88 MK3, major issues

Hi,
As stated in the title I'm having some issues with my keystation 88 mk3,
made a few recordings for clarity.





Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
No recent alterations to my system and everythings been basically stable up until yesterday, no new drivers or software added. The keyboard is about 1 years old.
Extremely greatful for any advice (!)
