Oxygen 49 Driver update fail

In attempting to update the driver on my Oxygen 49 Keyboard to the latest version MKV for Mac, the installer quit halfway through with an error message "data transfer fail". Now the keyboard with not turn on or work at all. I tried on 3 different computers with the same results. M-Audio is not responding to my emails. Anyone have any idea on what I can do short of throwing it in the garbage?

Hey there!

I was stuck for hours with the same issue, surprisingly solution was simpler than thought M- audio has their firmware update drivers misplaced and mislabeled so instead of downloading Oxygen 49 (MK V) download Oxygen 49 MK IV and do the same process of installing hardware. Everything should work. I hope its not too late and you didn't throw it out lol. Hope it helps
