super easy to install, simple to use with software like reason (at least for knob and faders). A section presets / pattern allows to make and save configs, I did not understand the utility as it is the software that records the assignment of pots and faders.
This can be used in other configurations (novice and I am not very equipped).
Little more fun and convenient: the interchangeable faceplates in different colors, and specific to certain software (5 supplied, others available): Live, pro53, reason. it gives the same desire to make his own, with its own graduations above (just copy the front blank provided).
Quality is to do with the time, no prob to report after 6 months.
So convenient to fully use its software, and for less than € 150, so relative value / price indisputable. The build quality is OK for a product in this price range.
Small defect discovered after a year of use:
when using a software master noon, the controller output is given his orders or those of the software (usb mode-> pm), but not two at the same time, so if the MIDI is used to synchronize a machine or another PC, then control of the uc33 can not be used to this other machine. In summary, if the USB is used, the buttons on the control surface are useless ... therefore have to buy a USB-noon (good it will it cost € 40) for a midi output other than the uc33 and to use it.
Otherwise it still works great (for g cons of doing an update of my drivers to install on my laptop, weird ...) and I use always the same. What a joy to see all his pots come to life on screen when you touch the p'tite beast!
