I use the CPU 33 for 8 months. This is the top, the price is reasonable which allows to buy one or two others waiting to see one walking on the motorized 
I have no regrets, except that any what comes through the USB interface dispatch in two: one for the CPU 33 and a pass for what it does (clavier. ..) and I (in fruityloops) I can selctionner an interface to the time, which was then forced myself to change every time I wanted to use alternatively the CPU or keyboard. To solve this pb I buy a merge noon (without power, it is always more convenient) and I connect my keyboard and my 33 uc it and I go between noon only on my pc. This was the only point ngatif (the other point possibly ngartif: buttons may be a little too close to each other, but nothing very Gnant actually). Since it is pure happiness 
) I used a preset as a mixer (volume, effects 1 2 3) and other presets I use for my VSTi in a key I pass from one to another super pratik.
