YRO95800 « hum on enrée guitar if not grounded »

I had the chance to buy this product last week 149 € (it comes to iron 299 on the same site 3 days after ...)
That said, I just unpack, and I have only tested the preamp, and headphone output, there is a big hum if utlise the guitar (high impéfance) input, it does not happen on the mic input.
I saw that if one connects a line outputs (I took the left) on the guitar amp, the hum disappears, including the headphone output.
So, I guess the fact that connect the pedal to the ground via the mass of the jack, and land on the outlet of the amp.
I would like to know if it is a specific failure in my preamp, or if they all have this fault ... I who had bought primarily for playing on headphones is annoying to have to hang the receiver extinguished.
