5 string active bass upscale Coren (just before the Prestige SERIES)
Neck-rosewood fingerboard 24 frets
Bridge piece with the possibility to climb the ropes Travis body or not
Micros / Electronic Bartolini MK1 (entry-level brand), 1 volume, 1 balance, EQ (bass-midrange-treble), 2 soapbar pickups
Round and pretty flat strait (for a 5 string means) 16.5 mm string spacing.
The body is curved in order to lock onto the good bassist.
Trs weight is reasonable, even over long PERIOD
The finish is excellent, say anything, everything is adjusted to millipoil and lightweight satin varnish is sublime

UTILIZATION

The handle is a rgal. I am based guitarist and I had a 4-string before it needs to change to a 5. I did not want to end up with a handle that's too broad and only I turned ves The series Ibanez SR from home.
Everything on this bass is that ergonomics is a MODEL comfort.
The cool thing is that the sound is at once the corrections are only to make up for the shot when needed.
The bridge is a dual position as I go over the ropes and the Si Mi on the bridge to gain a little in attack and the strings of R and G crossing to earn a little sustain.
As for the slap against the spacing of the strings and the neck Reduces crossing is not the IDAL. Must say that I am also a slap in trs big quiche (it was mostly the problem I think).

SOUNDS

This bass is versatile and adapts trs in many styles. Personal I use it in the context of live rock sound again and it does in any case.
It sounds even when privilgiera more modern (which is not JB).
By looking back against the electronic MK1 Barto is the weak point of this bass is not always enough to pierce mix and the preamp is not the best.
Too bad because the violin this lower ecxellente MRIT an upgrade of the electronics.

OVERALL OPINION

I have 3 years, I love its comfort and quality of his violin (TRS Ibanez is strong) and I love the handle.
It MRIT even better when electronic distribution in the range but does require just the MK1.
This is an excellent low (it can be found for € 800 new) but if c'tait again I will take the same version but in Prestige.
The series DEFINITIONS convinced me SR.
