New german plug-in developer Monoplugs introduces b-step, a bass step sequencer for Mac OS X, Windows and GNU/Linux.
b-step is a multitrack sequencer that allows for quickly programming up to 4 bass tracks of 16 bars each. MIDI Learn is included and the interface has been optimized for touch screens. Plus, the sequencer supports up to two Novation launchpads.
b-step is a VST 2.4 plug-in for Windows XP+, Mac OS X 10.9+ and Linux and is available for 19.99€. You can download a 30-minute trial version from b-step.monoplugs.com.
Monoplugs adds that a version for iOS and Android tablets is expected during Q2, 2014 and that AudioUnit and standalone versions are currently under development.
