I got this guitar from a music store for $199 though i could have bought it for about $145. This s a great beginner guitar for kids who want to play metal and your not going to find a cooler looking guitar any cheaper either

I like the bridge most of all because you will find that its raised higher up from the body than other guitars (i/e fender) so that makes it great for chops. The pickups sound great for the price.

The only problem is maybe after a year or two of owning one they start to fall apart internally depending how well of a shape you keep it in. Ive have a wire snap from the volume contol and ive had to get a whole new output jack but when you buy a guitar for less then $200 w…

Very nice looking guitar. Its no beast but its up there and the first time i got it i couldnt believe how awesome it looked.

i recommend this to any body starting out playing metal. These are the best metal guitars not only by look but by sound.

I ordered this guitar through t mail at musicainsfriend.com I paid 130 for it

It is a good over all guitar. Fast action good for beginers or Experts.. It is great for metal and rock. Just buy a Cheap Metal eq and tis thing will rip out. It has enough room between strings to be able to get a clean sound out of it Sometimes!!

It's one heavy guitar. If you ae just starting it is going to hurt your back and shoulders alot. it does get some string overlap which sucks if you do a lot of mutes of bends.

Built hard as a rock. The guitar has great pickups for the price. A little strange to use sitting down due to body shape but over all good Quality..

Get this guitar if you like metal and don't have a lot of money and like metal. Otherwise get the beast or Platinum Warlock. Great for playing at any level of talent. And if you don't like this Guitar gt a Esp.

I purchased my Bronze Series Warlock at guitar center for $200 dollars. The list price is $300 dollars so thats $100 cheaper, sounds like a good deal to me. I purchased this guitar because I wanted an excellent looking and quality guitar for a decent price. I was also looking for a guitar that played well with heavy metal.

Well first of all, the look of this guitar is just flat out awesome. The Warlock I purchased is black. I prefer black because I thought the red was too much of a lip stick color. Also, this baby has 24 frets for excellent heavy metal. This guitar sounds flat out awesome with heavy metal and stays in tune extremely well. I wanted a sweet looking guitar that could really j…

I wanted a sweet looking guitar that could really jam to heavy metal, and thats just what I got. Many others have said that this guitar is heavy and doesn't have an in between volume, but I have to disagree, thats totally false. This guitar is not heavy at all, but it may be heavy for someone really tiny which I am not, and about the in between volume, there is an in between volume. I don't know what the heck people are talking about it only being loud or quiet.

The only thing I don't like is because of the warlock's odd shape, it has trouble fitting into cases. But no need to panic, there is an awesome coffin case avaliable for the warlock that fits in with the warlock's look perfectly.

This guitar is constructed very well, and it is not cheap quality at all.

This guitar is flat out awesome. If you want a sweet guitar that knows how to jam some heavy metal, and isn't a rediculous price then I suggest you get the Bronze Series Warlock. How can you resist such an awesome looking guitar with such an awesome sound.

I bought my guitar from vibes in Plymouth (England).I paid £250.00

its action is great its BLACK and POINTY! it plays well and is quite light weight ( compared to the signature series )

The pick ups are standard and don't have the best sound on the market.

It's bolt on neck, 24 fret, rosewood fretboard, standard inlays, standard pickups and a nice crystal cut body.

I think that the BCrich bronze series warlock is a great second guitar for the price but, it does need a good amplifier to go with it.

I bought this of of Musician's Friend for 180...a great deal

Number one, incredible looks...ok so it's no NJ beast, but nothing is. The pickups on this thing are excellent, and you get a good sound from any amp channel. This axe is a tad on the heavy side, but that's a good thing cause it won't be slidin around when you're rockin out. Solid fretwork, and the bridge makes string changes a snap. The tuners are magnificent, i've never had this guitar come out of tune. Some might complain about the lack of features (only one tone and volume knob and a 3-way switch) but it's enough to get a great sound.

You do have to do a little work with the pickup placement to get a good tonal sound out of it, but once you find the sweet spot it's sonic heaven. Also, some extra fiddling is required to find a good adjustment zone for your strap, more than with other guitars, simply because of the weight.

A very solid guitar, doesn't nick easily at all (except when your idiot father puts it on a cement floor with no carpeting underneath). Frequent polishing is required cause of the finish, but you oughta take pride in your guitar anyway.

For the price, this is a great guitar. Sure you could do better in looks and features, but in terms of playability and sound, this is a great buy.

I've been looking at electric guitars for a while now and finally decided on this warlock. The bronze series is by far the cheapest so that's what I went with. I got mine at BCR Guitar, a local shop, for about $200.

Like I said I've been looking at guitars for a while and this one was love at first sight. The amazing body (mine is black), the 24 frets, and the heavy metal sound. The strings are close to the neck, making it easier to go fast, and it stays in tune very well. I play mine every day and only tune it every other week and it sounds great.

Well, you get what you pay for. There isn't really an in-between on the volume control, but that doesn't really matter to me because I always have it LOUD. This may bother some people so make sure you play around with it at the store. It takes a day or two to get used to the weight, but I like it now. Make sure you get the black one because if you get red or blue, your outfit might not match and you wanna look good right??

I try to take good care of my guitar but I've dropped it a few times and there are no chips or scratches. I have to polish mine a lot because it's black and fingerprints REALLY show up. Nothing has come loose on mine and like I said, it's really hard to scratch.

There really isn't a perfect guitar for everyone because different people want different things. I like this guitar a lot and have a lot of fun playing it. My friends are jealous and want one too. You should probably get something else if you aren't going to play metal. It looks great sounds great and totally works for me and my music.

high quality, nothing has broken, chipped, scratched you name it. nothing. ive had it for a while and havent had any problems what so ever.

i love this guitar, it plays great. and anybody who sees it falls in love and probably said "thats so sweet" about 20 times, so if you get this guitar expectect so many complimets it almost gets annoying. i would deffinatly suggest this guitar to anybody.

I got this guitar off the internet at Musicians Friend. I got it because I wanted to play guitar, my mom and dad didn't have much money and I wanted a guitar that looks cool. I paid about $130.00

This is a very nice guitar, especially for begginers. It looks great, with pretty good sound and not much feed back. Especially good for heavy metal, and with 22 frets, this baby can give you a good solo.

With it's wierd shape, it doesn't fit into most cases. It doesn't stay in tune very easly and with out a pick guard, you mostly have to play up on the neck to not have your pick get caught up in the strings, making it hard to do palm mutting. Nice and solid, with rosewood fret board. All around good quallity guitar. Nice dual humbucker pickups, with 3 sound changing actions. Nice good sound, even better with distortion, but could do better.

Great guitar for begginers, but I give it 6 months and your gonna be begging your mom to get yourself a better one. I'd recomend this to any rookie, and I hope you put it to good use.

Well there wasn't really anything i didn't like about the unit besides the fact that it was heavy (but you will get used to it), and that i had to buy that coffin case stuff just so I could bring my guitar to lessons. This guitar is very very durable ive dropped it on accident many times and there are no scratches or knicks on it.

Well ive had this guitar for about 2 years now. The bottom line is that this guitar is AWESOME! Go out and buy one of these. Im so impressed with BC Rich guitars that i think im going to buy a NJ series warlock or Platinum series.

Also if your not gonna play heavy metal this ain't the guitar for you. Also one last thing is that the humbucker by the neck keeps falling inward constantly. It'll be a cold day in hell before I pay to fix this damn thing.

It's pretty strong I guess. I haven't been banging people over the head with it so I don't know if it's durable or not. The metal knobs are pretty durable I guess.

If your a begginer who likes heavy f***ing metal then get this but if your taking lessons or learning chords, blues, and clean sh** then go get an Ibanez for gods sake.

I bought this guitar from my local Guitar Center for $150. The main reason I chose this over the higher-end Warlocks was that I hate Floyd-Rose tremolos. Not to mention this one was considerably cheaper.

Basically, I purchased this as a project guitar. I only wanted the body, so it now has all new hardware and pickups. But for all intensive purposes, I'll stick to reviewing the stock configuration. The neck was solid, fast playing, and had good uniform frets, unlike many guitars in this price range. The humbuckers were okay, great for beginners. The tuners are surprisingly well-built, and stay in tune rather well, unless you try and bend the 3rd string more than a step. Generally, this gui…

The humbuckers were okay, great for beginners. The tuners are surprisingly well-built, and stay in tune rather well, unless you try and bend the 3rd string more than a step. Generally, this guitar plays really well.

Since I never expected to keep any of the original hardware in the first place, I can't really give an unbiased assement on what I don't like, except that the volume knob has no real middle ground to clean the signal up with. And I would like to say that the pickups were the first thing I replaced.

This is a very well-built guitar, especially considering that it's an import and it's price. the neck is bolted on very tight, the strap buttons never came loose (impressive considering I had to replace them on all my other guitars), the neck never warped under many changes of string gauges and alternate tunings, and it stayed in tune rather well.

Everything considered, this is a very decent beginner/novice guitar, especially for metal-heads like myself. It is also good for a basis for a custom guitar, because it is cheap, has a wicked body, and is available in several colors (red, blue, and black).

I bought this guitar at a Guitar Center for $200, though you can now get it a Musiciansfriend.com for 130$. I was looking for a good guitar to start out with, that looked cool and worked good for playing heavy metal.

It's a really cool looking guitar!! it has a low action with a suprisingly low amount of fret buzz. The guitar plays very good and smoothly. It has 24 frets for playing those shredding solos, and 2 humbucking pickups for a nice crunch. The bridge makes it really easy to change strings in a short time.

The volume knob on the guitar is either all or nothing. if it is all the way down and you slowly fade the volume in it well be very quiet and all of a sudden get very loud. there is no in between.

it has a fairly solid construction. I had one minor nick in the side of the fretboard, but besides that it was pretty good. like most guitars made for metal, it has no pick guard, so the scratches build up quickly around the pickups.

a good feel and playability with a lacking sound. also looks great. a decent choice for an aspiring young guitarist looking to get into the heavy-metal scene. this is the best guitar ive played in this price range.
