It's a really cool looking guitar!! it has a low action with a suprisingly low amount of fret buzz. The guitar plays very good and smoothly. It has 24 frets for playing those shredding solos, and 2 humbucking pickups for a nice crunch. The bridge makes it really easy to change strings in a short time.
The guitar is a bit on the heavy side. It feels really unbalanced when standing and playing. The tone is really not that good. It has decent sustain, but it could have better. The volume knob on the guitar is either all or nothing. if it is all the way down and you slowly fade the volume in it well be very quiet and all of a sudden get very loud. there is no in between.
it has a fairly solid construction. I had one minor nick in the side of the fretboard, but besides that it was pretty good. like most guitars made for metal, it has no pick guard, so the scratches build up quickly around the pickups.
a good feel and playability with a lacking sound. also looks great. a decent choice for an aspiring young guitarist looking to get into the heavy-metal scene. this is the best guitar ive played in this price range.
