UK - just under 500 GBP. This is the neck-thru model.

Looks great in red translucent, sits comfortably on the knee for practice. The neck is comfortable and allows you to play faster licks. The neck-thru really makes a difference to the sound - the sustain in the upper neck is better than a lot of the bolt-on guitars, and something like the fixed neck Gibson SGs. Tone is lighter than the SG and not so chuggy, and I'd probably prefer a SG on sound alone. But all round and especially for the money, this has to be one of the better bargains about. Add the looks and the image and a lot of metal fans are going to appreciate this guitar. The support in the UK is very friendly - when I first made enquiries about this model they sent me catalogues, stickers and a free T-shirt. You have to say that's customer-friendly.

Not much I don't like. There are better guitars about, but as far as I can see they all cost more, and most don't have the image of the Mockingbird.

Looks good - no obvious issues with the construction.

For the money and for metal fans, there's not much to beat or even equal the neck-thru B C Rich guitars. Sustain, tone, image, (and customer support) - a real guitar that won't rob you.
