Well no need to make a sandwich on the brand Godin
- Made in Canada
- 24 cases, two Godin humbuckers (like Hot Rails) splitables
- Bridge type Tune-O-Matic
- A volume knob and 1 Tone also allows for push / pull switch humbuckers / single.
- Slecteur five positions (10 gnrer can sound thanks to the push / pull)
- Mahogany neck like the rest of the guitar
- Mcaniques oil bath
UTILIZATION
Channel super nice ... I find a bit off but you get used quickly trs
The shape of the guitar provides a good Access in acute (up 24me the box) ...
Because of the wood used for couraging this guitar is quite heavy, but when the same as you get used to ...
The form: I love, both sober and clean Godin
Otherwise just take the jack from the amp and connect the AC hop sounds
Ms. empty we feel that it's going to give!
SOUNDS
Sound level is super versatile.
Warning nanmoins, I talk about the Godin LG with Godin pickups (Seymour not P90 or other ..)
Personal I play everything from Rock, Blues, acoustic stuff and some Mtal .. Well, the LG is the way!
At the moment I turn on Carlton Camel 50W (all lamps), a 535Q wah and KorgAX1500G ..
with the LG (as I said above) it covers all areas ...
The push / pull with the 5-way switch is happiness ...
Humbuckers in positions we get the sounds typical "Les Paul" according to the three positions of slecteur + a few other variants with the two positions intermdiaires .. It sounds great in clean, well-rounded and fat distortion.
In simple microphone, I admit that I n'tais beginners not packed ... Obviously you lose in and sustain strength and lack of punch ca ... but with a compressor (or multi effect pedals) or the amp pushed a little harder it is divine! Slammin sounds good, clean and well crystalline distortion in sales
A nice thing also is to find a nice clean well with a touch of chorus and bridge pickup position and simple micro ca gives a nice acoustic guitar sound.
In short I will not dcrire all sounds that play happens because it would take too long ...
Just remember that with the 5-way switch + push / pull single-double, ca can cover a wide range of MODELS.
OVERALL OPINION
It's been 5-6 years since I possde the LG (o the diffrence with the microphones of those factories now) and I do not think I am right in saying that I do not s parry ever
I've never been blamed ... I wanted a versatile guitar.
Level qualitprix report, I'd pay 4500Frs the era so it's okay trs
The Godin LG current (Seymour) are a bit more Chres ... ca revolves around 1000euros :-(
Finally, if I had the choice again, Obviously I would do it again!
