This guitar is manufactured in Canada and all Godin far as I know but I am not a specialist in the big stuff.
It is team of two single-coil pickups that look like a little mini humbuckers. Their size is specific microphones are Godin.
The spcificit of this guitar is the lack of slecteur microphones. There are actually two volume knobs (one for each pickup) and a volume of Tone gnral. It is not practical to change the sound of a hand but gives a sound palette INTERESTED.
Fixed bridge.
Channel 24 or Saddle boxes with or without key palissendre. Mine has a button palissendre. The neck is fairly thin and wide, personally I love it.
It fits perfectly the agreement and it ages well trs. I have several years it has not moved.
UTILIZATION
The handle is enjoyable. We can rgler action low enough for my part I have not had any problem for rgler even if the factory rglage silent disaster so that the guitar sounded so false silent it unplayable. APRS rglage a harmonic, so the bridge everything is back to normal.
This guitar is lgre which is always a good place for ergonomic ct.
Access in acute is good.
SOUNDS
The sounds are similar to what can be achieved with a telecaster.
The pickups are very simple qu'tant an output level which allows enough lev to have distos quite large. Not fat of course because it is not double but it is well to saturate the amplifier.
I rather play jazz / funk see blues / classic rock and the scratches can do anything in these styles. Frankly the two volume knobs provide a sound palette is a trs INTERESTED jazz with the neck pickup tone and hair to his limit in less aggressive bridge pickup but IDAL for distos. Through sound rather funky IDAL for casseroles and other rhythmic engraved with the neck pickup more or less to pickup shuffled.
She really has a personality. For this price is rare.
However the sound palette is rather to clear to the bold. However do not expect the sound of a Start, you will not get it at least not with the original pickups. As I said above is closer to a TV.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for over 5 years and I do not regret it. I take it every time I want a multipurpose scraper. Forget mtal with but it's clear to see in a flash right?
She looks amazing. For my part I have not that of the photo, mine is white with a pickguard ktich as in the photo but in gray, it is hell!
The report is really qualitprix INTERESTED, I tried going a day or buy the strings I came back with a guitar. At that price must not pass the ct.
I would say it in the vein of a Danelectro ct manufacturing but with a less garish / gloss / sound (as gots) a Danelectro (at least those I have tried or hear) and so I find more versatile.
