« Ibanez GIO »
Published on 12/08/03 at 15:00I got my Ibanez Gio from a music shop in Orange Park, Florida. I paid about $300 for it.
I like it mostly because my experience with my friend's Gio guitar. I liked the feel and it gave me a desire to play the electric guitar.
I don't like the fact that the bridge floats in place. Because of it, I have to tune it more than once to when replacing strings. I have a friend with an older model of the same guitar, but he recieved a different bridge that dosn't allow this sort of thing.
The body has an ergonomic design that allows for ease of play. The guitar is also durable; able to survive accidental droppings.
The Ibanez Gio is a great guitar that has the look and performs like high-end guitars. On a lower budjet, this is the #1 guitar to buy before moving to the next level.
