Best value:
Excellent
Transistor amp, 75watts. modeling.
There is famous amp models and effects of mythical ... the effects are good, but not configurable, except to have MIDI or a pedal line6 software to control the amp from a computer. The only snag is that I never understood, but it does not output line out ... weird, especially since the manual shows a line in and line out!
UTILIZATION
It is found easily in the Flextone, despite its 32 amps and 16 hp. In addition, each type of amplifier has factory presets, for fast. The manual is very well detailed, there are explanations and the characteristics of each modeled amp (year, etc. ..) However, if one wants to exploit it with a MIDI pedal, it becomes difficult +, d '+ as the volume levels between the amp models are sometimes very different. But taking the time, we obtain good results
SOUNDS
Good sounds, very realistic ... The clean sounds are all the same (in my opinion) the best. Modeling the correct leaves something to be desired though ... a little synthetic, too low which remind that it is a modeling amp and not a mesa boogie tube. Finally, simulations of all the other amps are excellent (I particularly like the Twin Reverb and Marshall superbass ...) Really versatile, playing songs ranging from jazz to death metal! (Although performance may be slightly + in clear all the same. 8 over large large saturation too synthetic, but believe me, even when they are high quality, especially when we had a behringer blue devil just before!: - )
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for almost a month now. I used to repeat, covure good drummer, even if it's beef, and no need to push to the max. I love the look, very classy. Excellent quality / price (€ 795). In any case, lin6 should review its prices for MIDI foot controller, although they seem very good and very pretty, they have competition WCC behringer with the fcb 1010 to 200 €, and even cheaper on ebay!
