Long and McQuade for $400 (canadian) it was toss up between it and the $485 dollar marshall mg50 dfx.

The quality for the price can't be beat. The amp has tons of power, and if your not playing outdoors in front of 1000 people then it has more than ample power for gigs. Harmonics for a non-tube amp were definetly above average. Versatility is this amp's middle name; it's packed with 12 amp models and has 7 effects that you'll actually use. You can have up to 3 effects at once without completely losing note values in all the frequency blending. The amp also integrates an octaver pedal into the insane amp model, so basically you have an enitre effects board minus wah (which you can get if you buy the optional foot controller). The factory presets made by Evanescence and Slipknot are a nice touch for those who haven't done alot of knob twisting in the past and don't know where to start. Any guitarist could find something they love about this amp, but this amp is best for guitarists on a budget that need power and alot of different sounds, and dont want to buy 5 different amps to get it.

One of the twang models (green LED) doesn't like high output humbuckers. Notes break up and bend and vibratos become fast and spastic. The knobs seem a little flimsy at first but they wont come off. tuner is pain to drop tune with. Other than that no complaints

Built like a beast. I've dropped mine twice and nothing's happened to it.

If your a guitarist of any persuasion with not so much money, that needs a good gigging amp, buy it.
