I was looking at Guitar Center and online for amps, because my old 20 watt finally gave up. One day at the Cash America pawn shop, i found this nice, perfect condition line 6 amplifier. At that time, I didnt know much about amps, but it seemed $150.00 was a deal for 120 watts. I took it home and checked the actual price online, and it was well over what I payed.

Everything on this amp is great. It has a few simutaneous effects on it. Some of the effects are: tremolo, flange, chorus, and other echo sequences. The effects all have differnt speed settings too. The insane distortion setting is awesome, and it the best for playing heavy metal.

Some things I dont like about this unit would be the feedback I usually get with volume above nine. That's usually settled by lowering the drive and bass a little bit. Another thing is the four programed settings(A B C D). Usually I set the B for ditortion, but I push it and the drive always has to be adjusted again.

The constuction is great, open back lets me store extra pedals or whatever, and the knobs and buttons are easily accessible with no resistance or trouble.

My thoughts are that this is a great, affordable, loud, effects loaded amplifier that can be great for practicing with drums. I really like this amplifier and recommend this to anybody.
