UTILIZATION

Configuration that may not seem easy for beginners because of the large number of switches and buttons .... masi used to it quickly enough. The amp is further provided with a fairly comprehensive manual in French. The 22 amp simulations allow sounds quite varied ranging from blues to metal very clean slobbering, passing by the famous marshall and vox ... The amp can be used in "manual" mode which allows quick setup.

SOUNDS

I play rock, hard rock, like Led Zeppelin, Stones, ACDC, Gun's n Roses, but I'm also a bit of Clapton and Black Sabbath and the amp is perfect for all styles. Simulations "boutique clean" and "modern clean" offer enough critsallins clean and shiny. I play a Epiphone Les Paul with the microphone and mache, the clean is just beautiful. The reverb is pretty clear which allows the dose as you like. For fat sounds, the amp responds very well to the Les Paul. Sounds "Rolling Stones" sound perfectly. The simulations also allow Marshall to play ac / dc carefree, with headroom quite important. I tried with simulations metallica "metal bull" and "Uk" 90s "and we really believe it. The lamp provided the preamp sound fat enough typical tube amp. Pushing the master thoroughly, we get really good sound. I often grows as the master after the amp has a power setting behind the control panel which allows not fun eardrums!! All sounds distos are impeccable. I did not even tried with other Gratt ..... The speakers are quite specific and have no problem when the volume is at the bottom .... you can plug in a distortion pedal with no problems ....

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 1 week and I'm thrilled! I tried the Fender 212FM and Peavey Classic 30 (all-tube), but I opted for the vox with 22 amp simulations and many built-in effects. The lamp of the preamp is really a plus compared to transistor circuits ampis .... The sound is really differnet. The value for money is pretty good, but the amp is expensive for a 100W .... over the footswitch is not included and is sold at 69 € in stores! With experience, I would do without hesitation that choice because the power is really there, the speakers are accurate, and the amp seems really solid and sturdy when you see it.
