Monolithic converter (PCM54 BURR-BROWN) with dual processor! Not bad for its time!

CAUTION: All old Lexicon owners must change the chemical condensers which tend to leak. The acid corrodes the circuit boards (I serviced about 10 units within three years and they all had the same problem).

UTILIZATION

Stage and home studio

SOUND QUALITY

Very detailed, almost natural sound

OVERALL OPINION

I bought it pretty cheap because it had the problem I mentioned above, but I repaired it last spring. I used it for three jazz concerts last summer and it's a true JEWEL compared with the SPX9000 and other processors you usually find in live setups.
