«  blah ... »

Hello, I play in a group of experimental rock / electro.

I bought this CSA a few months ago, for the sole purpose of launching pre-recorded MIDI loops using Ableton.

I just wanted to prevent anyone with the same goal of not making the same mistake as me. For the simple reason that on mine, 4 of 8 trigger pads at a too high sound pressure ... So basically when you cry in front or when the band plays a passage a little too hard, there is much chance for a loop trips or stops ... And I can tell you that we sought the reason for the problem for a long time to even build a base for the device, more or less isolated from external vibrations thinking it was the solution but it's really at pads as it happens. And there is no sensitivity setting in the camera. Maybe there are there a in Ableton but I've never found.
Solution: play on the four pads that trigger only when you hit it. Buy or something else.

For those who use it to play the "virtual drumkit", know that the sounds of the performance pads are frankly kitsch and they all look alike.

So unless you have found a way to counter this "sursensibilité", its use in the same case as mine is not recommended.

Or maybe I've had no luck ...
