Neal Moser, builder of Moser Custom Shop guitars and builder behind many of the B.C. Rich guitars, is opening his doors to teach aspiring guitar builders the craft, trade and secrets of building instruments.


The “Garage Guitar Building 101” two week seminar we will be teaching the basics of bolt-on neck guitar building. There are many different levels of guitar building. Some just want to be able to assemble a “kit guitar”, while others want to be able to build a guitar from scratch. “Garage Guitar Building 101” says it will teach you both.

The “Custom Neck-through Guitar Building ” two week seminarwill be teaching the advanced methods of neck-through guitar building.

Each two week seminar will host 2 to 4 students. Classes will be held between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. For students attending from outside the local area, ”dorm" style housing is available at no extra charge.

In addition to the two week seminars, they are also offering single weekend classes on Saturday and Sundays in fret work and final setup. It will be open to up to 4 students per weekend. Personal “one on one” weekends for those who already build guitars but have specific questions about specific areas of guitar building are also available, Neal Moser says.

Pricing
Pricing for the two week seminars is $1500 per student. Pricing for the weekend class is $500 per student. Pricing for 'one on one" weekends is $700
