Beautiful solid spruce top, back and sides Solid Rosewood, ebony fingerboard. Fishman preamp with tuner + Presys, case.

UTILIZATION

Channel pleasant, easier than traditional nylon. Access to acute is really easy.
The body is fine, so the handling of the guitar is easy and immediate.
The guitar is very light, it is a joy to carry on repeat.

SOUNDS

Classical training starting today I play mostly jazz and acoustic nylon that suits me perfectly.

Acoustically initially it was consistent with what one would expect from a guitar of this price, neither more nor less. But as I found the string height too high, I bought a saddle (bone) I planed to maximum. And then it happened something. I do not know if it's just that the guitar has become very comfortable, or if the string height influences the sound, or if having used a bone nut, but I think since the guitar has significantly gained in sound quality.

Plugged it lacks a bit of treble, which can be compensated by the settings of the preamp. Before the first concert I was a little afraid of her many plastic electro-acoustic, but not even high enough volume guitar kept sound credible and pleasant, without any feedback.

OVERALL OPINION

I love my Gibson 175 but must admit, playing Jazz with a 175 is not very original. I was looking for a second guitar so that a little of the beaten track. I really found this Unico with exactly what I wanted. It not only sounds great plugged into my little AER Alpha with a bit of reverb, but it also creates its effect by its look when I go at the right time during the concert.

I thank the passage Ander (young guitarist seller Portet Valley and Blues) that I put this guitar in his hands for a test. Came initially without really knowing what I wanted I came out with this guitar that I do not regret the purchase.

Note: I had a problem with the preamp after 3 weeks of use (the tuner did not work). I brought the guitar to the store hoping that the change of saddle does not cancel the warranty. Before I even finished the description of the problem (without hiding the change nut) I was told "no problem we change the preamp." I enjoyed it.
