« Excellent guitar »
Published on 04/09/13 at 07:09This guitar is made in China. The wood is German I think. And it is assembled in France, Toulouse.
The bridge is a bridge classical guitar. With a bone nut.
Handle: 47 mm at the nut. It is also rather thin and very enjoyable to play. Access to acute is fine. 24 cases.
No microphone, but a piezo sensor located under the saddle.
Pre-pre-amp with tuner sys, réglaes treble, mid, bass, brilliance, phase, and some others.
UTILIZATION
The handle is really nice supra. We walk up and down, no problem. It is a real pleasure.
What is said in the other reviews is true: We create a new style with this guitar. This is surprising.
Treble also sound really good and strong, a bit like a gypsy.
Moreover, you can really qualify its game in terms of volume: You hit the rope and it will sound softly softly, it will sound very loud, very loud and it will sound very loud.
I mounted strings for classical nylon half steel half (Thomastik KR116 for) and the sound is warm and round. I play with a pick.
SOUNDS
I play jazz, funk, blues and bossa nova. It works well for all that
Must still adapt the game: For example the blues, with that one, I play jazzy (this is not an electric guitar that can saturate at death) ...
Then, more generally: In acoustics, it sounds really loud (by volume), thickener surprising given the fund. I insist on this point: It's really the ball. It sounds louder than my seagull S6 (which is however a big baby) and only slightly less than my gypsy (which she sounds really loud).
So why, do not worry: It sends mashed boy!
Amplified, there is a treat. The piezo is demanding and it will take a little time to adapt if you're used to playing an electric ... But then: It's round, it's hot, it sends.
Tip if you play with a pick: Take you a mediator thick, kind dugain. You will enjoy.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 3 months.
I played for 6 years. I tried a lot of models yes.
Plus: The shape of the guitar, the sound volume, playability, its thin, its unique character.
The Cons: piezo request an adjustment period.
Value for money: Very good. OK, it's made in China ... But a guitar of this quality for this price, I have never seen elsewhere.
With the experience I would do this choice without hesitation. Moreover, I intend to buy a second before that there was more ...
