Laptop pentium 4, the plugs are preferably used in softwares such as: AudioMulch, max / msp or other soft modular and lightweight, they are indeed relatively resource intensive cpu
The GRM ST plug-ins are extremely powerful and configurable treatment of the audio spectrum in real time, they have t developed by the GRM (Musical Research Group founded by Pierre Schaeffer father of one of music concrete )
Note: Ableton Live does not seem able to digest ... (These are not the only plug SoundHack same for ...)
OVERALL OPINION
This is to brief potentially very powerful tools that explore the sonic territory
