on the other hand, reliability side is another matter. In normal use, after 6 months a filter broke. In the galley, Protac has started refusing to take collateral, accusing me of having walked on.
Great discussion with voice prosthesis, which re-examines the caps, no trace on it (no I told them nothing special, I place them in their bag, transports them into a pocket and not a bag, and I use too noisy to sleep in if necessary).
Briefly, after discussion, Protac finally accepted the warranty but the replacements were again broken in the same place a year and a half later: At the thin end of the filter that uses selected with silicone molding. It is poorly sized or poorly they performed, which generates a molding overstress on the filter - both are possible - but in the end the product is unreliable.
