MixVibes released today version 1.5 of its Cross DJ mixing app for Android, which is compatible with the U-Mix Control Pro MIDI controller.
Thanks to this update, the U-Mix Control Pro is now the first hardware controller for DJ mapped to an Android app. Indeed, all the available controls in Cross DJ for Android are mapped to the hardware controller, which allows for browsing, scratching, syncing tracks and adding effects without having to look at your smartphone screen. MixVibes will also add more hardware MIDI controllers to the list of compatible gear.
Version 1.5 of Cross DJ for Android also adds MixCloud integration with track name and timestamps export as well as automatic smart tracklist addition, and SoundCloud integration, in which the track names will be added in the comments below the waveform.
Update v1.5 is available now at the Play Store.
