Overdrive pedals type accumulator lamps (tube screamer type) format Boss, lgrement may be smaller. It is green in color mtallis ... forcment not sexy, but it is not what is asked.
Effect of analog connectivity with particulire since there is input and two outputs: one dedicates the connection to the amp, and another intended to mix tables, are the acute abaisss just for this event, which can be INTERESTED to get another sound in its effects SERIES.

    UTILIZATION

4 pots: level, gain, high, low. Nothing complicated and graduation around the pots easier to use. But nothing very original even when we rest in the classic and effective.

    SOUND QUALITY

The PDAL is my point of view a copy Russianness. Payemme not 40, it offers its fabulous with a guitar and an amp while vigier piphone lamps valve junior. It's my pedals do everything in my effects SERIES: boost pedals for some place she APRS (phaser and nano bassball particular, with a magical combination for this dernire) lightweight crunch that Ragit perfectly with the intentions of play when you do not push the gain (less than 1 / 3 of the race), subtly colored overdrive thanks a bump in the midrange, with a grain end ... and pushing a little gain (last quarter), one can almost glimpse a distortion (not bad when even).
Low Bass and the pots are correct the bump in the mids and the loss in other frquences, the effective too, even if may be a bit limited. I put in my config, high background (I o is the AIM a little more) and low 3 / 4.

    OVERALL OPINION

Ah, if all the pedals could have that report quality / price ...

overdrive tube screamer type (ie light saturation is not for metal ...)

a single entry guitar / bass and 2 outputs (amp and / or mixing)
4 knobs (treble, bass, gain, master)

A power supply connector. And a housing for battery

Me I find there everything you need on this point.

    UTILIZATION

    Earlier simple to use
    the knobs are very effective
if you push the bass sound is nice, even singing treble that remains.
we will not lose momentum in either as far as the bypass is very transparent
gain allows a wide range of overdrive distortion up until almost the very hairy ... but always musical, hot ....

on this point is also excellent

    SOUND QUALITY

taking account of other equipment .... I find it really effective
on a Fender type amp tube with a strat gives the sound you would expect ie hot and vintage wish ...
with an LP with the gain almost to get it back is a classic rock sound warm and widened, in other words, very musical ... some describe as "old"
thus no preference settings, the range of settings is large enough that everyone finds his account (as long as we remain in the field of light saturation of course !.... but it remains surprisingly accurate anyway!)

    OVERALL OPINION

I tried several types of loadings in recent years, both in multi or single pedal.

she waited for the sound when you buy this kind of pedal
I do not know what she will give a transistor amp, but sone so much warmer than a boss od-1 and equa example is incomparably more effective ....

So given the price at 44 euros thotho ....
it's really cheap for its rock of the 60s
and even at that price you can buy it in 2nd or 3rd tube screamer ... just to see!

on an amp transo be tried to see if it keeps the heat ... but on a lamp must have it in his pedal board!

is ideal, my overall opinion? .... perfect .....

This is an analog distortion pedal. It's in the same vein as a Klon Centaur or a Tube Screamer, something midrangey without too much crunch. It's not rackable or able to be edited with MIDI. It's basically got your regular 1/4" in, and 2 outs (one for mixer, one for amplifiers.)

    UTILIZATION

This effects pedal is pretty easy to use. It's got 4 knobs, one each for Volume, Lows, His, and Gain. With such a simple setup, it's easy to control and get the sounds you want without too much fiddling around. I think that the manual explains this all very clearly, though it's not necessary to figuring out the pedal.

    SOUND QUALITY

I was under the impression that using this pedal would make the Klon Centaur seem like a waste of money. I was a little disappointed, to be honest. I think that the Klon is great because it's so transparent, and this pedal certainly is not so much. There's a slightly noisier element going on here, and it's not always good. I think that if you need a middle ground between a good overdrive and a light distortion, this might be right up your alley. In its own right, this pedal is pretty great. A great mid-emphasizing pedal, possibly just as good as a Tube screamer. I really like using this with a Strat or Tele more than a Les Paul, as that sound beefs it up too much (but not enough to really rock out, which is unfortunate). I like getting a great lead sound by cranking up the gain, or by rolling down the guitar volume to 8 and getting a tight, grooving rhythm sound. Great for sounding like Robbie Robertson or John Fogerty.

    OVERALL OPINION

I definitely was a little disappointed in how little transparency there was on this pedal, but after awhile I came around and recognized that it's pretty good in its own right. It certainly is a bit more rockin' than the Klon, but not quite as dirty as a Tube Screamer can sometimes get. The sound is pretty great. I think that it's probably, at the end of the day, not gonna last long in my setup, but I'll enjoy it for now. I would certainly champion this pedal if I was asked about it.
