Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer

Overdrive pedal from Ibanez belonging to the 9 series

the bluesman the bluesman

So it's a pedal overdrive / crunch good for the blues, it simulates the lamp on a tube amp makes it really good.
The connection is that of a pedal "normal": Entry in, out, and 9v adapter jack.
The only criticism one could make him that at the diode: it must really be over to see if it is on or not but hey it's a detail.
9 for the diode

UTILIZATION

So the config is super suimple three knobs you turn and there are direct sound.
The manual is sufficiently clear that a simple piece of paper that explains how you plug a pedal but good given the simplicity of the pedal is not needed.

SOUND QUALITY

While the sound is amazing for me ... to play a blues or hard rock is impeccable, I play with a ibanez is mounted Di Marzio and Seymour is a strat us deluxe + fender hot rod deluxe, with two guitars the sound is excellent, with the ibanez is very smooth and soft, with the fender it is drier, but still slamming the soft texture.
My favorite settings: the overdrive in three quarters, the tone and volume 3 has a half: you get a sound to AC / DC ...

OVERALL OPINION

I tried qque pedals before buying this one, but none gave me that sound.
For me this pedal is well worth the 110 euros that I paid
If it again I will do it with eyes closed.
