There's the look that makes you want to overdrive it a try. Vintage look with aged copper appearance (each finish is also unique which makes the subject more enjoyable). Even if it comes in a velvet hair, the look is strong and robust, has no time there is no doubt of the design. In short we have not been afraid to carry around in turns and size for the rock.
Just history quibble: 2 dtails: prfr I will have the switch over in the "central part" of history avoid that the foot is half in a vacuum when it triggers. That said, the party against drgler no risk of the knobs when it triggers (which often happens with my Rat), so it can be just as well.
Deuximement even if the connector meets the standard (the right input, output left), a registration ca t would not have too much for the heads up like me!
UTILIZATION
3 knobs (gain, prsence, volume), but really effective, it's what I like and expect from this type of product.
The LED (green) state of on / off, is powerful enough to be on scne despite different lighting.
Then not need to be Nobel Prize lean on the button -> it works!
SOUND QUALITY
Having shared many times with scne Nico (designer of the pedals) and his group Superbeatnik, I knew that the same ide dfendait the bass sound and the contribution of an overdrive! The priority does not sound dnaturer low torque / amp.
No wonder we find this particular feature in this product.
Before trying the Mazzetti, my silent setup: fender precision 50s reedition Southwestern, boss sd1 configured boost (gain lightweight, volume background), a rat (traditional) branch with a constant gain lightweight, Gallien Kruger 400rb head + 2x15 cabinet mesa boogie diesel. "
Even if the silent sd1 which suited me best for what I tried I did not shut completely satisfied. I was losing too much frequency drives low and it tended to overwrite the sound if I went too the volume knob. With Mazzetti, no more problem. The quilibrage is not changed when I started, it swells lgrement sound thanks to its added grain and the volume gain is much more important than ever and without sd1 s' Cras (To compare I get the same gain with the volume knob a half on the Mazzetti with the volume turned on sd1)
Grain intake is really good, close to what can be a tube amp that starts to grow well, its not "chemical". But beware the sound palette is not huge. It's not the kind of pedals that offer aseptic 36,000 types of overdrive all means, it does not CAF. Here we have a grain, a unique personality, but characters and quality.
The button will take prsence lgrement Tone up on mid / high and thus adapt to the place where you play (and the acoustics of the pice)
OVERALL OPINION
In the end really glad I tried this pedals. No need for 3 hours to see if it fits or not. It possde one type of sound: The sound rock bass, but does it with perfection!
Effect made by a musician for musicians! No wonder that all who try it are satisfied!
