«  Accurate sound for a compact »

Published on 02/06/11 at 03:40
This will do two years now we use the speakers 200B Amadeus MPB at Atelier 33.

Initially, we had to buy two MPB200B economy and an amplified subwoofer brand DAS.

It works very well but then we sold it to buy the box Das acoustic enclosure fly (Amadeus) dedicated to the MPB 200B and we also buy two additional MPB 200B.

Currently with 4 heads MPB200B and a subwoofer from the same brand to work together makes it the ideal indoors (up to 400 people).

We have an amplifier Digam Powersoft Q3204 (4 channels) 2x800 watts for four heads (400 wtts 4 ohms per speaker) and the other two channels are bridged amp (1x1600 wtts 8 ohms) for the subwoofer.

Everything is filtered with excellent Xta DP224 processor in which the speaker preset retracted, it protects pregnant and they work in the right frequencies.

What I like most is the people say:

early evening:

they are small speakers (plus I keep the box behind the sound system at an angle and it usually is not seen).

late evening:

it's amazing precision, presence and quality of sound you get with these small speakers.

you just have to remember that MPB200B satellites were created for theaters and conferences at the base and have an accuracy issue, add a subwoofer with a 38 pro series which collects the JBL 1600 watts without flinching.

I would do without hesitation that choice for all domestic benefits for the quality and reliability.
To save space because two satellites are housed in the subwoofer and the two others do not take up much room.

We currently sell this system as we move towards a small line array, making less of the evening indoors.
