I use a Yamaha amp ax-496, the cot "dry" of these amps for them.
SOUNDS
Their prsence in the bass is outstanding and above all a high standard.
According to the musical style coutle tweeter may tend to be "covered" by the massive woofer.
Also I use the 4000xl with other Boses, the 301 series IV, and they compltent
in the same frequencies and trs well.
OVERALL OPINION
I own these speakers for the past four years and they never of me.
APRS even having "mishandled" during the evening, the mobile equipment of the woofer has not undergone any skel.
