I have used acid pro 4.0 in the past, successfully for what I wanted to accomplish. After returning to it to record a new song, I noticed that every time I layed a track (guitar or vocal) it would put the track on the next track automatically. So whenever I go to lay a second guitar track, the first track would be on the second track and so on. I have tried everything I could think of to remedy this problem with no evail. It even happens to me on cool-edit. I have a sound blaster audigy 2zs sound card with a quarter inch jack and it all runs good in diagnostics and also runs levels good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
