Easiest to use + great vocal and acoustic sound

I am recording a simple acoustic album with guitar and vocals, just want to mic the guitar and get the loudest and clearest vocals and guitar without having to purchase super expensive gear.

Any suggestions on software to use and mics to buy for vocals and guitar.
